Day 1 :

09.00-09.30 Breakfast at the start position

09.30-10.00 Equipping the participants

10.00-10.30 Coming aboard, starting rafting
11.00-11.30 Visiting Ljutica, the most powerful spring in Europe (1000 liters of water per second) as well as the shortest river in the world (170 m from its source to its mouth in the Tara River)

11.30-13.00 Rafting from Ljutica to Zugica luka, by passing under the great bridge, down the five rapids of Tresnjica and two rapids by the monastery of St Archangel Michael.

13.00-14.00 Making a pause at the Zugica luka camp for refreshment, snacks, using the toilet.

14.00-16.00 Rafting from the Zugica luka camp to the Radovan luka camp, by the foamy White Springs and Mu?o?s Springs, while getting nearer to the deeper part of the canyon.

17.30-19.30 Lunch and dinner altogether by the camp fire

After the dinner you can continue socializing by the fire. The lighting in the camp with the help of the generator works till 23 h.

09.30-10.00 Equipping the participants, packing the things to be transported by land

10.00-11.00 Rafting from the Radovan luka camp to the waterfall Bajlovi?a sige. The waterfall together with the cave which contains a lake on two levels is considered to be the most beautiful part of the Tara River Gorge. This is also the place from which begins the deepest part of the gorge, 1300 m deep.

12.00-15.00 Rafting from Bajlovi?a sige to the Br?tanovica camp, pause for snacks and refreshment

15.30-17.30 Adrenalin rafting from the Br?tanovica camp to ??epan Polje down the twenty enjoyable rapids from which three are particularly exciting

17.30-18.00 Changing, packing equipment, getting into cars. Going to dinner in a small town Pluzine, a restaurant on the coast by the large lake made by building the dam on the river Piva

18.30-19.30 Dinner

19.30-21.30 Driving to the great bridge where you have left your vehicles

The Trip Cost Includes

How fit do I need to be to do this trek?

Annapurna Base Camp is a Grade B or a moderately difficult trekking route. So any fit person can do this trek, even if you do not have any previous experience. You should be aware of what to expect and mentally prepare for it. Then, as long as you will to, you can.

The highest altitude reached is 4190m. This is the elevation of Annapurna Base Camp. ABC is the highest we will climb in this trek.

What about battery charging and hot shower facilities?

Yes, you can charge batteries en route. Charger should be brought. There are hot shower facilities as well. You may have to pay certain amount for both ($1-$2). Negotiate. Also, hot water facility could be free at lower elevation.

What about internet access?

Yes. Internet can be accessed in most places. Sometimes, there might be some technical problems. Internet in Nepal is not as fast as you are used to and at times you can just lose connection.

How much do guides and porters cost?

For Annapurna region, pay for guides range from $20 to $30 per day and porters take $15 to $25 per day.
